Custom software development

This service is best suited for the needs that can be solved by a project with a well defined scope of work. This includes both systems intended for internal usage as well as applications for sale. 

After a preliminary analysis we can prepare a quotation with a detailed work schedule and a fixed price. Typically, a project consists of the following phases: requirements analysis, functional specification, system implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

The advantage of this service is that both time and price are fixed and all the technological risks of the project are covered by our company.

IT Outsourcing

IT outsourcing is a preferred form of cooperation when the company's needs could be described as a list of small tasks rather than as a single large project. In that case we only need to know the general scope of work, so that we could find the right employees with adequate skills and experience. Then we assign a contracted number of dedicated developers to the outsourcing project. Their work is  supervised by an experienced manager. All the tasks for the developers are assigned by an appointed customer's employee. We provide a detailed log of time spent on the tasks. The cost of the service is based on a fixed man-month rate.
